Studio Policies & Procedures
- Monthly charges will be automatically processed the first of each month.
- Requests for complete cancellation of lessons must be received by by the 15th of the month in order to avoid being billed for the following month.
- Youth Arts Academy DOES NOT offer refunds or credits for missed or cancelled lessons. Reschedules can be requested with at least 24 Hour notice . Reschedules are granted based on the instructor’s availability and are not guaranteed.
- Requests to permanently change a lesson day or time must be received two weeks prior to the date of change.
- Leaves of Absence from lessons are offered for up to 4 consecutive weeks per year. A charge of $10 per lesson will be issued to reserve your time slot. Otherwise, lessons can be canceled completely during leaves of absence, but there is no guarantee that the lesson spot will be available upon return.
